The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗
