A bohemian two-storey house in the alley parallel to At Arabacılar Square, very quiet, 100 m from Palabahçe, within walking distance to the bakery, butcher and all organic products in the bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

Enjoy the view of the imposing rock of Panagia from the beautiful balcony. It was renovated in 2025 and has all modern amenities. Quality mattresses guarantee a restful sleep for 4 people.
