Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with its own rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. Bathroom is decorated with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel rail and underfloor heating. Sleeping loft suitable for children as well as a sofa bed is available in the cabin.

Welcome to Gräsviken Viksängen 2, our oasis in the middle of Swedish nature. Stay in our guest houses and have full access to our nice courtyard with outdoor kitchen. A wonderful place near Lake Öresjö. Swimming and access canoeing for cozy hikes on the lake. Only 4 km to major municipal swimming areas. Nice hiking trails are in the immediate area. The closest town is Trollhättan about 10 km. You can easily get by car to the lovely places of the west coast. This place is suitable for those who want peace and quiet.

Small cottage with fantastic location by the water, surrounded by forest and nature. Quiet and peaceful, with no other houses within sight. Here you can really relax. If you value simplicity and stillness, you will appreciate this. The cottage has two rooms including kitchen, and an outdoor toilet. Electricity and running water are missing, but solar cells are available for lighting and to charge the mobile via USB socket. Simpler standard, but very cozy, and with soothing surroundings.

Experience a uniquely preserved farm on the border of Svartedalen Nature Reserve. Large garden and proximity to lakes and amazing nature, forest with mushrooms and berries. Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm there are hens who arrange fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has simple standard, with well preserved charm.
