Apartment for weekly commuters

Newly built apartment upstairs of garage of approximately 60 sqm so no risk of noise. Ideal for you as a weekly commuter and has led snow in hotels. Here you can cook your own food and take lovely walks on the hiking trails around. Right next door is an electric light track and a couple of kilometers above us there is a lovely swimming lake. The apartment has its own own private entrance and microwave and stove available. There is one bedroom with two beds and in the living room there is a double sofa bed.

Cozy and colorful flat!

Welcome to our calming yet vibrant flat! It is perfectly located just 5 minutes from the main square and from the river. After a short walk(20 min) you will find yourself in the middle of the nature thinking you are far away from the city! The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use the pottery I collected from different places. You will enjoy the sunset while cooking dinner, and if you open the window halfway you will get the terrace vibes, the balcony is also a great option!

Bring your family to this nice home! Good communication with buses, close to travel center and city center. Walking distance to grocery store ICA Jätten and pizzerias. Shower & sauna and patio with barbecue grill. Access to the common laundry room upon free. Private storage space for bikes stroller, etc. Bed linen is included in the accommodation price but a mandatory cleaning fee per stay of SEK 300 is added as additional cost. Bath/shower towel is brought by the guest.

Esperöd Farm

The house was built in 1864 and is part of a small farm property, situated on the bank of Göta Älv, one of Sweden's largest rivers. The surrounding countryside is farmland and forest with lots of lakes. We keep bees, sell honey and grow veggies and berries. Our long term vision is to have animals and to convert the paddocks into flowering meadows. We love meeting people from all over the world and are happy to share some local gems with you!
