Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village in direct access. The accommodation is located behind our main residence.

Pleasant 2 bedrooms with all amenities in Cesson, near Rennes, in a recent, quiet and secure residence. Ideally located, close to all amenities (Carrefour City, McDonald's/KFC, pharmacy, bakery, ATM, restaurants...) and the Beaulieu Campus (Facs, INSA, IUT, Supélec,...), companies (Orange, EDF, SG...). Direct access to the airport, via the center of Rennes located 10 minutes away, by line C6 ("Teillis" bus stop). A private parking space is dedicated to this apartment!

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Cozy, pleasant apartment: cozy decor and atmosphere in the heart of Vitré city center, a stone's throw from the castle, close to the train station and shops. Whether it's for work or tourism, what's our main goal? May you feel at home in our brand new home. 20 m² studio ideally located north of Cesson Sévigné in a quiet area, close to Atalante, Beaulieu... Buses nearby. On the 1st floor of our house with independent access, unobstructed and pleasant view, possibility of walks around the ponds. Equipped kitchen: fridge, induction stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, filter coffee machine, kettle... The 140 bed will be prepared, towels and tea towel provided.

In a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is located at the gates of Rennes, 2 minutes from exit 26 of the A84. 1 hour to St Malo and Mont Saint Michel.
