NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Whether it's a holiday (or a quiet workplace) in summer, autumn or a skiing holiday - the Kitzbühel Alps always offer a fantastic backdrop. With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. The property also offers many opportunities to do so, whether on the spacious lawn, on the veranda or on one of the terraces. You of course have various parking options for your car right by the house. The property is located in the village of Oberau, one of the four municipalities of Wildschönau.
