It is only a 1 minute walk to the beach, and as a guest you have free access to the sauna and outdoor shower near the fjord. Nearby, there are great hiking opportunities and attractions. Free parking outside. Access to electric car charger.

From the property there are stunning views over the "whole" Drammen. The home is located in a new residential area, it is quiet and quiet and without annoying through traffic. Marka with great hiking areas is in immediate vicinity. The same goes for Vattenverksdammen and offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 slalom slope!

The area is peaceful and pleasant, and you have a short distance to the forest or you can visit Asker and Drammen city center in a short time.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.

Stedet mitt er nærme offentlig transport, parker og sentrum. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av den komfortable sengen, lyset og det er så koselig. Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene og familier (med barn). Har en dobbelseng og seng som er 120 cm bred og kan benyttes av feks to barn. Har også en gjesteseng.

Beautifull farm, cross country skiing, svimming, lake, fishing, hiking, relaxing, really a beauty. On private ground away from everybody but still only 30mins from Oslo and 15 min away from Sandvika. Asker city center is also nearby.
