This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

Tartaruga house is located at Marinagri resort, distant 5 minutes from Policoro and 45 minutes from Matera. It's a beautiful and spacious flat with a view on the sunset up of sea lagune and Pollino mountains. There is a luxury, well equipped kitchen inside and an additional outdoor kitchen on terrace. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and another two bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor. You need just 10 minutes of walk to arrive to the equipped beach or to the turistic marine port.
