The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The Sint-Rembert school group is a 5-minute walk away, and you can even see it from the bedroom. Wonderfully quiet during the week. Bicycle parking in the entrance hall for 2 bicycles. No elevator is available, 2nd floor.
