Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Cabin in Granåsen, Trondheim

Rent a cozy, small cottage near Granåsen and Bymarka. A perfect starting point for skiing and hiking in forests and fields. Or to retreat a little after a city trip. The cabin consists of one room with a hallway, kitchenette and living room. There is a loft with sleeping space for two people and a sofa bed in the living room with space for two people. Connected to electricity and there is wood burning and access to wood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.

We rent out a newly built and bright 1-room apartment in the basement of our terraced house. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is underfloor heating and balanced ventilation in all rooms. Parking space for a passenger car is included on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is 5 min by car or about 20 min walk away. To the center of Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet block in a peaceful neighborhood. Here you get both proximity to nature and easy access to the city. Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
