Apartment located on the 1st floor, in the extension of our main residence with independent entrance. Main room with sofa, dining table, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave. Bathroom with shower and sink. Restroom . Close to the Francette bike circuit (800 m), shops, Bois de l'Huisserie and the agricultural high school of Laval 15 minutes from downtown Laval by bike. Courtyard to park your car. Ability to store bikes at the bottom of the apartment.

For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
