Not overlooked. 10 minutes walk from the city center, the bike path, the Corniche going to Marseillan. 5 minutes walk to the theater of the sea ( festivals like Jazz in Sète, Fiest 'à Sète, When I think of Fernande...) 10 min walk to coves and 2 km to sandy beaches.
