The Chalet Wiesenhäusel is located in a year-round sunny location in the Leutasch Valley in the Seefeld Olympia Region overlooking the surrounding mountains. After the interior renovation in fall 2020, it can accommodate a total of 9 people in two separate apartments. The fully equipped apartment for up to 4 people in the basement offers you: 1 bedroom (beds can be set up individually or as a double), bathroom, kitchen-living room with fireplace and sofa bed, terrace, as well as washer + dryer.

Apartment in the middle of the mountains

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. Luggage is transported. Parts of the route can be crossed by cableway. Free-running farm animals in the vicinity of the apartment

May chalet - Das Barbara

In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Casa Alegría - the greenhouse

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Happy Mountains Apartment 3. "Öfelekopf"

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Two white wicker wall baskets are mounted on a wood-paneled wall, each holding several informational brochures about local attractions. The baskets have handles for easy access and add a practical touch to the space.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains on the beautiful Seefeld Plateau. Surrounded by the most beautiful hiking trails and cross-country ski trails, as well as ski slopes, this property is still easily accessible by car or bus. Nature and ski lovers will get their money's worth here in any season!

Seefelder Plateau-quiet and welcoming apartment

Our apartment (70sqm) is on the 1st floor of the house and has a kitchen, bathroom, anteroom, a bedroom, a living room and a fully covered terrace. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but there is a pull-out sofa in the living room so 4 people can easily live there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines, etc. and we have very good WiFi.

The open living-sleeping area is characterized by natural wood beams and warm wooden flooring. A spacious bed with a red blanket is complemented by a cozy lounge area featuring a low wooden table and comfortable seating. Natural light filters in through small windows.

This is a newly built studio for two (up to a maximum of four) people, very quiet and with the best views, as well as easy access to the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails. In the garden - which may only be used by guests in the main house - there is a sauna, which can be used in winter, if necessary, upon request and at an additional cost. A parking space is available.
