The guesthouse is situated in a quiet location in Leuna district Schladebach and is due to its minute distance to the A38 and A9 motorways alike. In the immediate vicinity is the city of Bad Dürrenberg, Lützen, Markranstädt, Halle, Merseburg, Leipzig, the city of Leuna and the Leuna works. 5 min to the A9 Bad Dürrenberg ramp 8 min to the A9 Günthersdorf ramp 10 min to the A38 Lützen ramp

Vacation home in Kötzschau

In the semi-basement with large daylight windows there is a double bedroom and bathroom next to a living room/kitchen. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed. In the bathroom there is a large washbasin and toilet next to the walk-in shower. A washing machine is also included in the furnishings. We look forward to seeing you soon. Richter Family

The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

Cozy apartment in a two-family house in a residential area with a play street not far from Leipzig. The city center of Leipzig can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.
