Close to the University Hospital and major roads. 20-minute walk to the beach. It's a base for budget travelers waiting for comfort and practicality. Public parking for the "Francis Nicole" swimming pool, 100 m away.

The accommodation consists of a kitchen living room with large central island, fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, hob The seating area with BZ sofa bed, an Italian shower room and a bedroom.
