You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This charming house is a perfect pied-à-terre for visiting the Basque country and the Landes coast. Well guaranteed in a quiet place thanks to the 5/6-seater spa open to the outdoor terrace. In summer you will enjoy a little freshness in the house thanks to the reversible air conditioning and in the winter the atmosphere of the flame with the pellet stove. The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
