This independent apartment is located in the basement of our home. You will appreciate the modern comfort of the accommodation refurbished in 2024, with an area of 30 m² and a charming exterior with terrace. The apartment also has a large private car park.

Warm and minimalist, come and discover our beautiful recently renovated apartment with its terrace overlooking the Cathedral bell tower, in a small building on the second floor without elevator access.
