Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in the Alt Empordà, 20 minutes from St Martí d'Empúries and 10 minutes from Figueres. We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

It's located in a building on the seafront, in the center and 200 m from the beautiful central sandy beach, 10 min walk to the sandy beach RELS, as well as 20 m from the sea and a small stone beach. The apartment is on the second floor with two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) a living room and a terrace with the seaview. Bed linen and towels are included.

The villa also has Wi-Fi, TV with AMAZON Firestick, washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities to make your stay more comfortable. For the cooler months there is a Pellet Stove available for a small additional nightly rate.

Inside there are 2 bedrooms with large closets, in the dining room sofa, TV and air conditioning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a Melita coffee maker, and a microwave.

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.
