Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Our accommodation for 2 to 4 people is spacious, bright and functional, is located in Boufféré, at the exit of the A87 motorway, 1 km from the village and its shops, 5 minutes by car from a commercial area and Montaigu, 20 minutes from Clisson and its vineyard, 30 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and Nantes, 45 minutes from Cholet and Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Vendee coast. A departmental road passes in front of our home (more busy during the week)

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.
