Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The house has a single location, yet only a few minutes from the center of Lerum. Enjoy nature, pick berries, bike, swim in lots. If you get cold, there is the hot hot tub. It is a 15 min walk to the train that takes you to Gothenburg. By car, it is 20 min to Gbg. Sup and rowboat are available to borrow. Outdoor kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, or the grill is there for a life on the balcony. In the house there is a nice cat, good to know for those who are allergic.

Our house lies only 50 m from lake Aspen and has a stunning view over it. The house has three floors where the first holds a pretty large kitchen with a dining area. Here is also the living room with sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and close to them a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed in each and there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and a bath tub.

An outdoor terrace is surrounded by lush greenery, featuring a circular table and multiple lounge chairs. Wooden railings provide a natural border, overlooking the forested landscape. Sunlight filters through the trees, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.
