The house is located on a dead end street, last, with the forest as a neighbor at the back, close to the resort's popular lakes in a beautiful trollly environment. The apartment is simple, 55m2, but has everything to be able to offer desired comfort to our guests. Close to public transport and to Ica Kvantum, Lerum's most popular grocery store. Gothenburg city center and the airport Landvetter is about 20 minutes drive from the house.

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Welcome to our house in central Lerum! It takes about 20 minutes by car to Gothenburg. Single-story house with large terrace and fenced plot, perfect for both children and pets. Lerum center is 800 meters away, where there are shops, restaurants and the train station that takes you to Gothenburg or Alingsås. Bathing areas, exercise trails and nature are close by. No parties are permitted in this house.
