Tiny apartment Lenzerheide

The vacation studio is located on the first floor of a new building. It will be completed in May 2023. The studio is perfectly equipped for 2 people with everything the vacationer's heart desires. The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. The village center of Lenzerheide with a nice selection of restaurants and shops is a 5-minute walk away. Bike trails and hiking trails start at your doorstep, and the free sports bus stops 100 meters away.

The spacious balcony features a sturdy table and two chairs, offering unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and greenery. Large windows frame the picturesque landscape, inviting natural light into the space.

Fall is most beautiful in the mountains

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

This beautiful and large (90 m2) condominium in the Heid gives you the feeling of having arrived in the mountains and during your holidays. The modern accommodation, the large outdoor area with 2 balconies and the central location (500m from the center and yet very quiet) offers everything you need for a beautiful hiking, biking, or winter vacation. The apartment is perfect for guests who long for luxury, activity and recreation in the mountains for a few days/weeks.

Cozy bright apartment in the heart of the ski resort and bike paradise of Lenzerheide. A few meters to the lake and the cross-country ski trail and right on the Fadail ski lift. Tastefully furnished. Bathroom with bathtub, well-equipped kitchen, sofa bed and a small open bedroom with large wardrobe. Terrace and garden with hammock, trampoline and grill. View of the Lenzerhorn. Tourist tax (4.50-/adult/night) is charged in cash on site. TV with Netflix and Disney.

The 1.5 room holiday flat Sundroina Prada is situated in a beautiful, quiet, sunny and central location. You can reach the shops and the post office in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a bus stop for the free sports bus at the post office, which takes you to the access points to the ski area. The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
