La casa gode di confortevoli spazi interni suddivisi su tre piani che garantiscono una buona privacy e ha un ampio giardino. Si trova a soli 5 minuti dall'abitato (ma senza case vicine) ed è in posizione strategica: vicina ai laghi Idro e Garda, ma anche ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni a piedi o in bici.
