Leith Docks, many more bars & restaurants at The Shore area of Leith, also Newhaven Fishing Village. Great views, parking, outdoor space, convenient location, great bus service across the road at Ocean Terminal, buses go directly to Princes Street & Edinburgh City Centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.Re-decorated and ready for your stay!

A charming six bedroom house ideal for hosting families & golfing parties. This listing is first and foremost a family home, with all the charm and quirks that go with this type of property. It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. Driftwood’ is a quiet, modern , dog friendly home (max of 2 dogs ) in a private courtyard just one minute from the beach and the town centre. It's an ideal seaside holiday retreat for couples, small families, or adults on a golf trip. The main bedroom has a king size luxury bed with a special mattress ( gel , body tempera regulating memory) bed and the second bedroom has one single bed and a smaller (183CM) bed (recommended for children only) There is one free parking space at the front door.

Spacious, charming and comfortable coastal cottage in an ideal location in the heart of Elie, next to the harbour and beaches, the Ship Inn, and the shops. Right on the Fife Coastal Path, so perfect for walkers. Close by Elie, Dumbarnie and St. Andrews golf courses. Perfect for golf breaks of or family week at the beach. Guests get great value, with loads of space and access to a south facing sheltered private seating area with BBQ as well as access to the 'secret' extensive walled garden.

Perfect 4 bedroom 2 bathroom Home

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street. Travel cot available if needed NO parties we will be contacted to deal with any noise at the property as we only live a few minutes away. Ring doorbell has been set up to monitor this.
