A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Please note our garden is also enjoyed by our young children. Located a short 10 minute drive from the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry, perfect for those early morning sails or late arrivals. A short walk to the Bluff area (15 mins) or to shops and cafes including Hill Street Grocer (10 mins).

This beautiful new studio apartment is within walking distance to parks, beaches, river precinct, cafes and beautiful specialty shops which Ulverstone has to offer. Situated at the rear of my home, the studio has high quality furnishings, its own private entrance and sunny outdoor deck complete with BBQ. A small kitchen provides for most needs and shared laundry facilities are available. The king size bed boasts luxurious linen and can be converted to two king singles.
