If you want silence and scenic surroundings, this cabin might be something for you. Cozy cabin built in 2014, well maintained. Great hiking terrain both in the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cabin, also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). Approximately 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunnelen. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

Great little apartment in height, with nice view from own terrace. Small kitchenette with hob, new oven, ordinary kitchenware (cups, dishes, cutlery, cookware, etc.),. Access to dishwasher in the main house. 1 bed as well as a sleeping bed with space for 2. not inlaid water, portable do in the apartment, as well as access to toilet with shower in the main house. Water faucet outside or in the main house. Lovely hiking area with Reinesaksla 380 meters as the nearest marked hiking trail. About 20 km to Sandnessjøen and about 50 km to Mosjøen

The cabin has a nice starting point for salmon fishing in season, hiking in forests and fields or just quiet days. Spacious living room, two bedrooms and loft. Toilet room in outbuilding with toilet and shower. Possibilities for salmon fishing in Leirelva in season. Approximately 2 km to Storvatnet. Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in the forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 meters above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m.a.s.l.), and Vågafjellet (315 m.a.s.l.)

Gammel hus

Det er gammelt tømmer hus som er over 100 år. Huset ble pusset opp i 2024. Huset har 2 etasjer. Nydelig utsikt over fjorden fra vinduet. Nok plass inne og ute. Fagervika er et landlig område som ligger ved utløpet av Ranfjorden. Huset har en stor terrasse med grillplats og utemøbler. I første etasje er det mulig 1 soveplass ved behov. Båt og fiske er mulig, men må bestilles på forhånd. Stor parkeringsplass, 2 tursti, båten til leie. Turområdet " Brunnesset i Fagervika" , tysk kystfort.

Dette stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Nært til sentrum, båt/buss-forbindelser, turområder, kjøpesenter, basseng, resturant/cafe. Du må opp 2 trapper for å komme til denne leiligheten, 1 trapp utvendig og 1 innvending. Det er Gratis parkering rett utenfor huset. (1 bil) Denne leiligheten ligger i sentrum, i bygget ved siden av er det en lokal pub Onkel Oskar. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin i leiligheten.

Cozy Rorbu/Cabin

Cozy cabin on the lovely Helgeland coast. Rorbua is idyllically located in Leinesodden marina. Rorbua is excellent for tourists as there are countless great opportunities for ski touring nearby, both in the Leirfjord and the Sandnessjøen area. There is also good chances of pulling up fish for dinner from the nearest swamp or boat. It is a short car ride if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.

You have half the house with your own entrance, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. Beautiful old garden and big lawn areas for play and fun. Cottage by the lake

Cabin in the immediate vicinity of the sea with stunning views on idyllic Sundøya. Sleeps up to 6 people. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 with access by ladder. Bedroom 3 is also on the first floor. Window needs to be replaced, until further notice it cannot be closed completely in this room. Duvets, pillows, towels and bed linen included.
