Cozy flat with some unique features, it is literally 1-2 minutes walk to the beach riverside park where there are so many activities like golf, a cafe, different ball sports court like basketball, you have the kids area like baby play, toddlers, monkey climbing frames, enjoy sand and water. Flat is not too far from the train station which takes you straight into London. You also have lakeside shopping complex not far away, the flat is close to major super markets as well as a few local shops.

5 Star accommodation. lovely rooms, house,area. Self catering. Close to all essential amenities, restaurants, theatres etc. Safe and quiet area ( mostly) on street and on drive free parking. 2 mins to seafront. Good transport links locally and into London. A truly great and convenient place to stay. You really can have it all!! Each room has own bathing facilities. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 balconies. Accommodates 6 with option for 7th person. Home from home.

The Hidden Gem of Southend on Sea & Westcliff

With plenty of parking or a short walk from the station, this hotel is top rated by all its guests (who return multiple times every year). A stones throw from the seafront for lovely walks along the promenade to Old Leigh. Or the Casino and Cliffs Pavilion 5 minutes walk, Adventure Island and the Pier 20 minutes away, and Leigh Broadway close by. We are perfectly centred for a great experience. PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen is closed on Christmas and Boxing Day.

We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
