The bedroom has a 140-cm double bed and plenty of storage space. In the living room, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa, and a daybed that can be used as a bed if needed. In the kitchen, there is a fridge-freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Basic dishes for cooking. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Covered balcony. Storage facilities in the housing cooperative. Parking space is included in the price.

You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Parking space in the courtyard, plus 8h parking spaces on the street (8 am - 6 pm). NOTE: Self-service, which means you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself.
