Studio and separate entrance! In a small quiet corner on the edge of the woods and only 800 m from the beach. From the terrace, you will hear the squirrels jumping from branch to branch. You can take the bike path 50 m to reach the nearest shops 200 m away (bakery, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, etc.). In the evening, taking advantage of the last rays of sun, you will be transported by the sweet scents of strawberry trees and mimosas mixed with the spray of the basin.
