This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kostoulis Traditional House

The house was built 100 years ago in the picturesque village of Lefkes, where our grandfather Kostoulis was born and raised, who later learned the art of building. The first intervention in the area was made by the grandfather, making the floor in the traditional Cycladic way. A floor that remains unchanged to this day. The space is now fully renovated, but keeping its Cycladic aesthetics to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay to the guest.

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. This villa is on a unique location on Paros at the end of a gul`de sac, which means complete privacy without any passing traffic. It is on top of a hill with 360 degrees’ panoramic view. From the covered balcony sixteen islands can be seen. A BOULE GAME strip (12x3m) lets the visitor pass a nice active time. On the first floor with external entrance is the studio of 20 m2 with its individual bathroom and terrace.
