In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

Please note we are presently under heavy street construction. There is presently no parking in driveway or in front of house. Not the easiest entry from the street. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. 3 minute walk to the beautiful historical Rideau Canal Locks and walking trails. Where you can watch boats of all sizes coming through. Enjoy a peaceful 3 minute stroll to access pubs restaurants and bakeries and check out the shops.

Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

Centrally located between the historic cities of Kingston and Brockville and only a 3 mins drive from the bridge to the USA. This property is a few hundred metres to the boat launch, thousand island tours, and Rockport Barn and in the middle of everything you could want to enjoy the summer.
