The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

The Bock family welcomes you to the Stanz bei Landeck Genuss Region. The 3 Apartments 4 Edelweiss were renovated in 2020 and luxuriously furnished. In the area you can hike, climb, ski, motorcycle and bike and much more. The nearest ski and hiking area is the Genussberg Venet in Zams, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Other ski and hiking resorts such as Fendels, Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus, St. Anton and Ischgl are about 30 minutes' drive from the property.

The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. In the bedroom you will find a double bed. In the living room there is a sleeping area with 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. Linen, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. are present. From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the south. Wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge.

In the Austrian Alps in the heart of Landeck is this small, west-facing, 56 square meter garden apartment. The train station (long-distance transport) is a 10-minute walk. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy and a Spar. The city center and swimming pool are within walking distance. The surrounding skiing and hiking areas are also connected by bus. For those with a car, there is also a parking space at the house.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
