32 m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a pretty typical house in the Cordiers district, located 50 m from the beach, shops and the cliff funicular. Refurbished, tastefully equipped and decorated home. It consists of a warm bedroom with a double bed, a living room with equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, electric stove, Senseo coffee maker), a dining area, a sofa, a TV, and a bathroom with shower.
