Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Situé au pied des domaines skiables du Tour ( pistes de VTT l'été ) et des Grands Montets, dans le vieux village de Montroc à 3 min d'Argentière et 10 min de Chamonix. Très belle vue. Nombreuses ballades à pied au départ du chalet. Pour 7 voyageurs, 4 chambres, 1 sauna, 3 salles de bain, 3 wc. Une terrasse plein sud et un jardin. Parking gratuit devant le chalet. Bus gratuit à 200 mètres pour se déplacer dans la vallée.
