Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

Located 400 m from the town center of Luché-Pringé, a small town of character with all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, bar, open even on Sunday morning; pharmacy and medical house), our independent house, on one level, with its closed courtyard and large garden, will welcome you. In summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit
