In Royan (5 minutes from the beach and the city center by car) I offer this pretty 110 m2 single-story house, completely tastefully renovated in winter 2022-23, with its beautiful 400 m2 wooded garden not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate.
