Quiet cottage for 2 people, in the countryside (possibility for 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 minutes from Fougères, this cottage (attached on one side to another cottage for 11 people) is the perfect starting point for exploring the area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

The new, fully equipped kitchen has created a perfect gite for up to 5 guests. We are in a quiet, rural location at the edge of the village of Le Ferre in Brittany which has a delightful small restaurant and a bakers. Nearby St James has a weekly market and offers a wide range of shops & amenities, including the SAINT JAMES clothing factory and boutique.

Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...
