La porte patio vitrée de 16’ long donne l’impression d’être dehors en tout temps; même quand il pleut ou il neige, mais dans le confort et la chaleur. L’été: Pour les adeptes de rafting ou kayak sur la rivière Mistassibi ou de randonnée qui longent la rivière. Accès à de petites baies pour se baigner ou admirer les rapides. L’hiver: Profitez des sentiers de raquettes. Près des sentiers de motoneige la Passerelle du 49e parallèle.

Beautiful small cottage along the shoreline of the Ticouapé River, which is located at the mouth of Lac St-Jean. Peaceful place to observe wildlife and enjoy nature. The cottage provides direct access to the river for canoeing and kayaking. NO Wi-Fi and TV Access to the water does not allow swimming, or rather we do not recommend it, because the site is swampy and the water level varies according to that of Lac St-Jean. The chalet is only 8 km from downtown Saint-Félicien.

Your family will be dazzled in this sumptuous, private place on land with over 100 feet of facade on Lac-St-Jean. As in the south, you can enjoy the private beach of fine sands, grill your marshmallows on the fire, skate on the ice, make getaways at the Zoo, Val-Jalbert, mountain biking. In the fall, goose hunting is in the spotlight, in winter cross-country skiing, skating and downhill skiing as well as sliding are activities to enjoy the outdoors.

You'll have access to the 5km of trails in our wood-burning lot as well as 2km from the Iroquois River that crisscross our lot. We will be on site to welcome you. Guests can use our washer and dryer if needed. Water, shower, gas stove and electric fridge, queen size bed. The bed is on the mezzanine. N.B. For the winter season, there will be no running water. I brought you clean water for the toilet, shower and drinking. Great for 2 people.
