Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

In first line on the bay, directly on the beach with fantastic bay views and a wonderful terrace, this brand new yet authentic Cabane Bartherotte is located on a beachfront property that houses 3 Cabane Bartherotte independently one of each other. 2 of these houses can be rented together (A0081 + A0082). The cabane is very comfortably furnished in the typical relaxed Cap Ferret style and is very comfortable.

A wooden terrace area features a small table and two chairs, surrounded by greenery. The entrance door is black, framed by large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Potted plants add a touch of color, enhancing the inviting exterior.
