We are delighted to host you in our studio, completely refurbished in May 2024! Located in a small village house close to all amenities (shops and restaurants 3 min walk). 5 minutes from bus stops to get off in the center of Cannes. In a few minutes by bus you will be in the center of Cannes, and enjoy its beaches and festivals, 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes from the highway. No air conditioning, but on the ground floor and thick walls!

The dining area features a large wooden table set for six, surrounded by soft, upholstered chairs. Potted plants add a touch of greenery, while large windows allow natural light to fill the space. The open layout transitions smoothly into the living area.
