Provencal house completely renovated in 2017, 122 m² on the wooded pine heights in La Cadière d'Azur, village with authentic Provencal character. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Thank you Secure outdoor pool with magnificent views of the hills, 4.50 m x 7.50 m unheated. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

Very beautiful atypical house with a stone tower overlooking the plains of the Argens, the Sainte Baume massif, the Sainte Victoire, Mount Aurélien and the mountains of the lower Alps. Its architecture, history and exhibition make it a unique and magical place where you can relax in peace. For those who love small timeless Mediterranean gems, this preserved place has remained authentic due to its geographical location. You will have access to a mooring buoy for boats under 7 m. Old hut where I spent my childhood, completely redesigned for my loved ones. Nestled facing the sea, in its exceptional plant privacy, enjoy the sweetness of the sea view, as well as its beach (supervised in summer), by a private access in 1 minute walk.

Villa set back from the Corniche, completely renovated by an architect, with magnificent sea views. Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.
