Hiking and biking trails are located across the street and all around. Watch the sun set over the Great Salt Lake from your own covered patio with an amazing view. With covered guest parking, a full bath complete with a walk-in shower and a tub, and a fully stocked kitchen, this will be your home away from home. With only 7 mins. to the freeway, 19 to the airport, and 19 to downtown Salt Lake City, this location is ideal. Close to all the world-class ski resorts Utah has to offer for year-round fun. Just six houses away from the beautiful Bountiful Temple belonging to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This completely private studio apartment, with it’s own entrance, is located in the walk-out basement of our family home. It has a fully stocked kitchen, a large screen TV, and a washer and dryer.

Brand new gorgeous basement apartment

Come and relax in this brand new basement apartment. Amazing lights and high ceilings will make you forget you are in a basement. Enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable furniture. We do live upstairs and we do have an active family but we do our best to never interfere with your goings on. Yes, there might be some piano practice and some running around of normal life above you, but we do work hard to live by all the quiet hours and rules we ask our guests to live by.
