Get away to nature (with style and a unique stay)....goulay. not for non-outdoorsy as there is only a half bathroom outhouse, no running water (you get to port it in, great spring pump at nearby Englewood trail-head on Mickelson and running stream for a dip at bottom of hill), no electricity, and a great little wood stove. Hot tub, walk to downtown & Spearfish Canyon!

The most unique home in Spearfish with the best location in town. The outside boasts interesting architecture and the inside has a unique style with all the comforts of home. This lovely home is just around the corner from Spearfish City Park with the creek, pickle ball and basketball courts. The bike path is there too which will take you all the way to Spearfish Canyon. Don’t forget the DC Booth fish hatchery and local breweries and restaurants all close by.

Big Elk Place Cabin

Tucked away in the Black Hills of South Dakota, Big Elk Cabin is located just 5 miles from the quaint town of Nemo and less than 14 miles from Sturgis. This is the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with friends, family or a romantic weekend. Discounts are possible for longer stays. Airbnb only has a way to discount stays for the whole year, and there are some weeks I don't want to discount so I have to consider it on a case by case basis.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
