Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

The living area features a sectional sofa with soft cushions, complemented by a coffee table. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Large glass doors provide natural light and an unobstructed view of the terrace, while framed artwork decorates the walls.

Close to shops and all amenities. Possibility of access to the beach by bike or on foot by taking the little train. You are 4 km from the sea and 15 minutes from Montpellier.
