House renovated in 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room on the ground floor. Accommodates 4/5 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bathtub) and a double sofa bed on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to the city center and all amenities.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists.
