Water softener system, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer. the ceiling is at 9 feet which makes this space very spacious. the loft is a completely private space. (not sharing) we are on site 24 hours a day in a private apartment. a very safe place. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to all services. the loft is 10 minutes walk to the metro, there is a bus stop around the corner that goes directly to the subway.

The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

The studio is located 20 minutes from Montreal. It's located in a new peaceful neighborhood near the Route Verte, a bike path through Canada. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.

My cozy little studio is located in the mountains, in the middle of a flower garden, with access to a lake, hiking trails and a bike path. In winter, you are very close to ski slopes and an ice rink. PLEASE NOTE: The house is in the mountains and there is a stone staircase to climb to access it.
