The fully furnished apartment with terrace is located on our three-sided courtyard. You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m². The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m and is very comfortable as a 3rd bed. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz, relaxing in the Goltzscha natural pool in summer and using the Elbe cycle path just 400 m away make you want more. Parking spaces and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Your own bicycles are safe in our courtyard.

Vacation home, quietly located, with terrace

In summer two small terraces, one of which is a partially covered terrace, in winter a fireplace. On 40 square meters there is a living room, from which the bedroom with double bunk bed (four steps) and kitchen and a functional bathroom. What more do you need? Large flat-screen TV. Extra bed (2 x 0.9 meters) in the living room for a child possible. The price includes an accommodation tax that the city may refund. Bed linen and towels are offered every 2 weeks for change.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Our beautiful apartment offers everything for a successful holiday in Saxony. The central location allows you a varied stay. You can reach Dresden in just 20 minutes, Moritzburg Castle in 15 minutes, Saxon Switzerland in 45 minutes and Meissen in 30 minutes. The Erzgebirge, the Spreewald and the Upper Lusatia are about 60 minutes. Shopping facilities can be found in the village. Business travelers enjoy a relaxed and restful evening in our apartment.

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

The property is located in the center of Königsbrück on the Via Regia, surrounded by a large forest area and the Königsbrücker Heide nature reserve. Dresden, Moritzbug and Radebeul can be reached within 20 minutes by car. S-Bahn connection and bus stops are nearby. Restaurants, supermarket, ice cream, coffee and other shops are within a 2-minute walk. Fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi in all rooms. Ideal for couples or families with children.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Vacation home right on the lake with double bed

Modern vacation home directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the essentials make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house provides a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
