Frogfield Annexe is a beautifully renovated self-contained one-bedroom 'cottage' attached to our home, set in 3 acres. You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen and living area, a master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and additional bedroom with sofa bed. The views of the surrounding area towards the glens can be viewed from the decking which extends all around the property. Just a 10 minute walk from the town centre, it is within easy reach of a number of very good local restaurants.

A spacious house sleeping 6 (1 double, 2 twins) set in a large enclosed garden, with spectacular sea view. In the coastal village of St Cyrus, 5min walk to pub, shop or down cliff path to the golden sands & flowering dunes of St Cyrus National Nature Reserve. Lots of space to make your own; making a feast or relaxing by the stove in the large kitchen, spotting dolphins from the conservatory or watching the moon rise out of the sea after a BBQ. The north wing of a beautiful ‘A Listed’ Lairds House located within an exceptionally charming small Scottish country estate . Ardovie is a beautifully private and peaceful location which allows the perfect escape from it all yet is also well located for access to the coast and glens. The estate is quite the hidden gem and has a wonderful selection of woodland walks . The boating pond and walled garden are definitely worth seeing to enjoy the true tranquillity of the property.
