Daneben befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit einer Sitzecke. Das große Bad hat sowohl Dusche als auch Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein mit Holz beheizbarer Kachelofen mit Sitzbank. Auf einem überdachten Südbalkon kann man die Ruhe geniessen. Is in a very good location right on the Swiss border, 2 minutes on foot to the drinks market, ALDI 4 minutes, Pizzeria Engel and Thai/Chinese restaurant 2 minutes and the thermal baths in Bad Zurzach are about 10 minutes away. The apartment has a balcony almost directly over the Rhine. The apartment is very bright, friendly and clean. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 min.

Neu erstellte Ferienwohnung in idyllischem Dorf mit rund 1000 Einwohnern. Direkt an der Schweizergrenze gelegen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der grösste Wasserfall Europas, der Rheinfall. Ideales Wander- und Fahrradparadies. Natur pur. Wassersport im und auf dem Rhein (schwimmen, tauchen, paddeln etc.). Grosser Parkplatz direkt vor der Ferienwohnung. Langzeitgäste bis max. 3 Monate sind auch herzlich willkommen. Eine Unterkunft, in der man sich einfach richtig wohlfühlt!

Pfaffenberg ist ein kleines Dorf auf 700 ü.M. oberhalb des Wiesentals mit Nähe zur Schweiz und Frankreich. Unser Schwarzwaldhaus mit Südlage bietet bis zu drei Gästen einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das Dreiländereck ermöglicht eine Vielzahl an kulturellen und sportlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ich bin selbst bereits viel gereist, spreche gut Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und etwas Italienisch und freue mich immer sehr über Gäste aus nah und fern.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas erhöht über dem Ort Zell im Wiesental, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
