Small house freshly renovated in a quiet and green environment, close to the historic center. You can enjoy a pleasant small shaded garden not overlooked with its terrace. Free parking available in front of the house. Tram 2 to 400 m 30 min to the Comédie on foot or 15 min by tram, 15 minutes to the beach by car.
